Newbie from Temple, TX
Hello BiggerPockets!
My name is Andres and I have absolutely no experience in Real Estate. I will confess that I have scoured and lurked the website for about a month, but that's probably just got me familiar with the vernacular. I currently live in Temple, TX and I am an Officer in the United States Air Force. My wife and I have talked about RE investing for a couple months now and we have decided that we are committing to buying in 2018. That’s what led us to BiggerPockets!
We are focusing on single family or multi-unit buy-and-hold rentals but are also very interested in the BRRRR strategy. Our goal is to buy at least one unit this year and grow exponentially in the next two. In the next three months we want to learn as much as we can and earnestly connect with local investors. My wife and I move quite a bit and connecting to community has always helped us with anything we do.
