hello. my name is Jessie Contreras. Im from Bakersfield,Ca. I am  interested in getting into real estate in the Indianapolis area where i will be coming to soon. My goal is to acquire multiple rentals in said city. anyone here with experience with the Indy market? any recommendations/tips?

@Jessie Contreras I would also recommend checking in to Indianapolis, but there are several unscrupulous players in the area so I would interview several options and ensure that you do your due diligence at every step. Also, there are a lot of great people on BP and you can find information about the ones to stay away from here as well.
