Good morning! I’ve been reading the BiggerPockets books for a few months and am excited to join the online community to learn more from all of you. So far I have one rental and have done a few flips now so I’m happy to pass along anything I can to help you guys too. I’m living in Oregon but my husband and I are looking to invest in more rentals out of state. We’ve narrowed the candidates to Indianapolis, Nashville, or central Michigan, primarily because we have some personal knowledge of those markets. Any and all advice/connections in those areas is welcome!

Hey Lauren Perry I love the Nashville and Indy markets. Nashville will probably bring the opportunity for appreciation while Indy could provide solid cash flow and is a less expensive market.
