My name is Ian. Not only I am new to BP, but also new to Real Estate Investing. I'm in the process of learning as much as I can, reading through the forums and listening to BP podcasts.

Hi, Im a realtor and investor living in Calgary. There are still a bunch of great deals in Calgary, sometimes just a little bit more difficult to find. The city is also changing the land use designation for RC1 properties which will make it much easier to legally suite a basement for certain properties in the city.
