New Investor from Saskatchewan Canada

Hello everyone,

My name is Dan, and I'm new to not only BiggerPockets, but to investing as a whole. I've been doing a ton of research on raw land investing and have decided that it is the route that I'm going to take to break into REI.

I have a couple of concerns, but my big one at this point is regarding mailing address.  I'm going to be purchasing from the US, and as such I was wondering if I should have a US postal address with forwarding, or just set up a separate PO Box near myself.  Any advice from members, particularly those in Canada doing the same thing, would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan S.
