I'm aware that I can not post looking for mentors. I am new to the real estate game and just looking for like minded individuals in my City or state. I KNOW connections in this business is key. Is there a way to search forums by State? Just want to speak with people from my City about their start, progress, laws and connections they have. Please point me in the right direction. NOT looking for mentors just local BP members to connect with.
