I am 100% into mobile home investing. I have a few homes in my portfolio which are all getting me highly positive cash flow. I'm end game is to buy 1 or more MH parks. My question is will banks finance a park? If banks dont touch them what would be my best financing step? Thank you in advance for your responses.

@Frank Patalano Honestly, lack of people willing to mentor or assist with hands on training. I've read a million books, but noone to lend a hand with the process.

I have heard a couple rumblings about investing with renttoretire.com, including bigger pockets ads. My question is, who out there has actually used it? What do they get out of helping you invest in a turnkey? Why would this be a good fit for a starting investor? Just looking for some feedback. Always looking for new ways to invest.

Need some advice BP! I am looking into a possible 12 door property in my area. My question is regarding financing. I plan on going with a private lender for funds but not sure how much I will need. This is a property that I part of an auction. The price is reasonable but I'm sure the auction will drive up the price. My question is how do I know how much to ask for from the private lender? I dont want to bid 200k, win the bid and not have the money to back it up! Please tell me what route I can take.

Good morning BP! I need some general advice if anyone can assist. I've been educating myself on all aspects RE. I'm a avid BP reader, go to my local meetings and read a ton! My question is, when do you feel its "time?" Its been a year since I began my journey to REI and I feel I'm not making enough progress. I was hoping I could get some of your beginning stories to ease my mind. I have a serious case of wanting success now! Thank you in advance to anyone who replies.

@Matt Bonestroo I am actually meeting up with the couple I met to go over specifics of their sales. They did tell me a couple where broken up in payments(like rental) and a couple full price. I'm very interested in learning more.

So I was at my local real estate meeting tonight. I met a interesting couple who told me their main focus has been mobile home flipping. They told me about getting MH in my area for as little as FREE ! They went on to explain how they check craigslist and talk to the head of mobile parks for vacant and unoccupied mobile homes. They showed me examples of little rehab producing very good ROH! My question for everyone is what's your take on MH flipping? Anyone have success or fail stories? This couple really made me thinking about mobile properties! Let me know your thoughts.
