Newbie in Orlando, Florida looking for guidance

Hi everyone I’m Duverson Jean located in the Orlando Florida. First off let me start by saying that this website is a gold mine. I’m so thankful for stumbling upon it. Forgive me if I post in the wrong spot, I’m still learning my way around. I am brand new to real estate investing. I’ve always had an interest in it but believed in the myth that I needed my own money to start investing. I recently attended a meet-up event It turned out to be a big sales pitch for their educational program and to be part of their community. I just finished watching the first course “A beginner’s introductions to Real Estate Investing”. Very educational, if you are brand new to real estate investing and haven’t watch it, I highly recommend it. I’m looking to connect with follow investors and other like minded individuals in the Orlando Florida area If you’ guys can point me to the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
