Good morning Guys, My name is Terrance Nixon, I’m 26 years young and I’m looking for sound and detailed mentorship. I️ know Philadelphia has a lot to offer as far as great minds that are established and successful in REI & Excellent investment opportunities. I️ would like to start with rental properties, I️ love the idea of someone else paying off your mortgage. However I️ wouldn’t limit myself to that area only! Per my research and reading forums on BP there are many, many ways to make money in REI. So if there is anyone interested or could point me in the right direction I’d be deeply grateful and excited!!
