Greetings from Orange County, CA. I am very excited to have found this site and have already spent countless hours searching the site for all kinds of great real estate investment advice and knowledge.

I have been in the business as a residential broker but am looking to move towards the investment side. I love working with people but also love marketing and the thrill of finding a property to flip (and fix up if needed) for the next buyer to enjoy.
