Hello BP!

My name is Richie Choy, I'm a software developer in Atlanta, GA. I just started my REI career by buying a live-in flip-and-hold and looking to eventually buy-and-hold enough properties to meet my goals. I'm hoping to absorb helpful information from BP and meet some amazing people! Like everyone here, I've been binging learning material (BP podcasts, books, etc). So my next step is to get involved with the local REIA and BP meetup. I know there are few local experts that I'd love to pick their brains!
