Columbus to Cleveland (take two)

Hi, BP. I had previously posted in anticipation of a move from Columbus, OH to Louisville, KY. Ultimately, we chose to move (we have two young ones) closer to family rather than far away, so Cleveland it is. I look forward to the opportunity to meet other BP folks at local events and welcome any guidance regarding good meet-ups to attend. I’m green as it gets with zero properties under my belt, but that will soon change. Thanks to every participant of every thread I’ve read thus far—such a wealth of knowledge here. Wonderful holidays to all and a fantastic 2018 to follow. Kyle
