I have used Hampton Beasley several times.  He knows his stuff on real estate.  They have investor meetings every so often for the public.  I don’t know if he is a good fit for what your looking for, but I would definitely talk to him.

Good morning Giovanny, as of right now I don't have plans on this property.  I need to do something either sale it or join up with someone to help me.  I think I mentioned I have moved out of town about an hour away, and just don't have time to work on it.

Thanks

Todd

3/2 house needing to be sold or some kinda deal made. I bought the house for 36,000 in San Angelo and was going to flip the house, but now I moved an hour away and don't have time or money to complete it. Address is 219 w 36th, needs a lot of work, but is a very interesting 2 story 1930's house.
