Snake breeder turned real estate investor
About Me
Hello, I invest in properties in Central Florida and Southern Alabama. I'd love to chat with anyone local. I have two rentals that I purchased via conventional loans. I have found hard money lenders but have a hard time figuring out where to get the rest of the cash to close on a property. I have been saving up but would still have to come up with a lot with only 65% LTV that's been offered. If anybody has ideas, please contact me. As for my personal hobbies, I really enjoy writing, gardening, knitting, and having lots and lots of pets. I used to semi-professionally breed ball pythons and rodents for 11 years. But now I don't have time because I'm focusing all my effort on my daughter. (She is the cutest, sweetest, smartest baby in existence.) I am driven to develop a larger real estate portfolio so that I can take care of my family. I was in the Army for 8 years and am an Iraqi veteran.

Believe it or not, I invested money in a snake breeder once. He was the brother of a good friend, very believable, well-known in the ball-python world with a morph named after him. We lost every dime when the market tanked.
That's when we started the transition to real estate.
