New Investor-Looking for advice

Hey there,

I am looking to get into Real Estate Investing and new to the industry. I am currently 25 years old and have come to realize that working 9-5 behind a desk is really something I don't want to do. I know I would like to focus on either multi-family or apartment renting but looking for advice on how to get started. I currently have about 20K saved up. I would love to hear some advice from anyone.

Thank you

I recently closed on my first apartment complex (42 units) using “low money down”. I blogged about it briefly but happy to share more details. Bottom line, create relationships.
