Hi all, I’m a beginner in the Real estate investing world. I’m 26 years old and really want to start real estate investing and I figured wholesaling is the best place to start. I currently only have around $5k to work with at the moment and was interested to see if that is enough to start with wholesaling? If someone can give some advice on how to start, that would be awesome. Thanks!

Great. Thanks for the advice. I never thought about undeveloped areas as a good way to start out.

Hey thanks for the reply. I’m looking for a mix of cash flow and buy and hold to be honest.

Hey there,

I am looking to get into Real Estate Investing and new to the industry. I am currently 25 years old and have come to realize that working 9-5 behind a desk is really something I don't want to do. I know I would like to focus on either multi-family or apartment renting but looking for advice on how to get started. I currently have about 20K saved up. I would love to hear some advice from anyone.

Thank you

Thanks for the advice. I know that it's a low amount and I'm most likely going to wait till I at least have 20K or over to officially start but I do want to start as soon as possible.

Hello, I have just recently got interested in RE investing and was wondering if it was possible to invest in a rental with only 15K saved up? I know it's not much but at the money, that's what I have saved and would love to start building equity and one day become a full time RE investor. I am only 25 yrs. old so I know I have a bit to go but was wondering if anyone could provide some advise to a newbie. Thank you!

What are some tips on finding partners for a rental property when you are first starting out with Low Capital. I really want to get into rental properties but have Low Capital at the moment with at most $8k so I was wondering how can someone with that amount look for investors when just starting out ?

New Investor here. I was wondering if it's possibly to start out in RE investing with only $7K? I'm very interested in rental properties but would also consider wholesaling as well but don't know if $7,000 is enough to start out with. Any tips?
