Hello everyone,

My name is Eddy and I'm from Springfield, MA. I'm currently a second year college student studying Computer Science at UMass Amherst. I have a strong passion for Real Estate and plan to buy my first property in The Springfield, Ma area shortly after I graduate in 2020. Since I can't afford to buy real estate now I'm using these 4 years in college to learn as much as possible and set a strong foundation. I'm currently taking realtor classes and am on the verge of getting my license in December. I'm looking to see how I can get more experience with my local market so I'm as prepared as I can be when I'm ready to buy in about 2 years.

Start early and do a little bit every single day to get you to your goals when you are ready by 2020. Nice strategy.
