Hello I'm new to this. I have read the book on rental property investing a couple of times and have decided to take some action. Any pointers on a good real estate agent in the Savannah, GA area? Also I am in the military and wanted to know home can I make Benefits work for me.

I have some experience house hacking. I don’t have my real estate license yet, but I finished my pre-license course. I should be taking my state exam in about a week or so. You are eligible for 100% LTV financing though which is awesome! You don’t have to pay mortgage insurance either, so that will bring down your financing expense.
