A five minute look suggests to me that it's fairly run-of-the-mill for there. Also, no future appreciation should be expected if it's still being assessed at the same value as in 2011. By the way, it was sold for $111k five months ago - and now that buyer wants out already?

Yes, it could be a Flipper selling. But, if so, did they get it wrong? [What is its condition?]

Also, the median house prices in that zip code took a massive hit during the last GFC [from $130k (2006), down to $70k (2007-8), down to $36k in 2009]. Can it happen again? My 2c...
