Hey everyone! My name is Cody, I'm a single father and brand new in the real estate investment scene. I'm looking to start my career in the wholesaling niche to get so I can get a few deals under my belt with the least amount of risk. I have spent a lot of time and money learning about real estate investing. Without a doubt the #1 thing everyone talks about is getting a mentor. I figured there is no better place to look then here at BP! My goals are to gain financial freedom and to leave a legacy for my daughter not only with wealth, but with knowledge as well.
