Hi all, my name is Jason, technically from Aurora, Ohio.  Currently no real estate investing background outside or purchasing my own home.  I currently work as a purchasing consultant in Hudson.

I came to BiggerPockets after an Idea popped into my head that I should be doing more with my savings.  I wanted to find a way to use my income to form a semi passive stream of income on top of my current salary and ultimately build up my net worth.  That initial thought led me to the idea of real estate investing and quickly to a book by Joshua Dorkin - so here I am.

I am looking to get started investing in the East Cleveland area suburbs with single family rentals.  I have been lucky up to this point to be able to discuss the area with some friends who invest and am looking forward to doing the same with a whole new, and larger, group of people!
