Newbie from OH living in GA

I am originally from Canton, Ohio but living in Forsyth, GA. I am not really new at real estate but I have not done many deals because of credit and funding. This is why I decided to try bird dogging and eventually wholesaling. I am great at researching and now how to gather a team quickly. I travel all over the US so it allows me to familiarize myself with how to gather information to create a deal. I am looking for private lenders in the Middle GA area to fund my deals. :help:
