Hey guys my name is Ryan Stevenson, I'm 27 and an aspiring investor from Canada. First of all thanks to everyone who posts information and helps new investors like myself, this website is an invaluable source of information. I've read a bunch of books on real estate including almost all the the bigger pockets ones, and plan to continue to listen to all the pod casts and absorb as much information as I can. The one thing I've discovered chatting with a lot of people on this site is everyone has a very high willingness to learn. But in terms of getting out there, not as many have actively gone to look at listings, checked financing etc.

These steps are the most important and will get you to your goal the fastest. Willingness to learn + the willingness to take action.
