Hello Bigger Pockets folks!

This newbie hails from Miami, Florida! While I may be new to real estate investing, I am not new to real estate transactions. Having over the years bought and sold five properties and worked at my family's real estate offices and title companies, real estate is not something that intimidates me. I currently work as a nurse and have used that income to purchase my first investment property, specializing in short term rentals for medical professionals. I closed on the property in July and have been booked solid since then.

I have been using Bigger Pockets to continue to educate myself on the various landlord pitfalls and tips to help me remain successful. Currently I am working on getting funds together for my next purchase as well as looking to manage a property where my medical professional can stay.
