Hey All! Excited to be here. My name is Luke, currently in the Multi-Family industry working on the Ad-vendor side for an awesome tech-based ILS out of San Fran. I have about a year of experience in the industry, however have bigger goals in mind moving forward in my career. Not entirely sure what investing techniques are 100% suitable for me quite yet, but a few I find interesting are BRRRR & renting out triplexes/quads to generate monthly cash flow. Long term goal is large, MF assets. Again, I’m super new to all this but am really making an effort to learn something every day. Anybody who has good resources & advice to share, I’ll appreciate greatly. Being in the MF industry, I also love to network. So, anybody in the Valley, please reach out and I will do the same. Cheers to BP! What a cool network.
