Newbie in Lindale, Texas

Hello BP community. I'm a newbie, literally just getting started with binge listening to podcasts and reading as much as I can when I can. I'm looking for my first property, either SFH or multi-family in my area for buy and hold investing. I'm also currently working on getting my real estate license as a second career. I've been interested in investing in rental properties for as long as I remember but had not done anything about it so I'm very excited to start this new venture. I've been on BP for almost two months now and upgraded from free, to Plus, and now finally to a Pro account. This community is fantastic and I feel like I'm enrolled in REI school. Looking forward to networking with people in my area.
