My intro + creating an LLC

Hey guys,

New to BP and loving it so far. I am in the process of creating an LLC and chomping at the bit to get things rolling.

Right now, I am focused on learning the legal, business and strategy aspects of REI. One question I have is on the location of my LLC. Due to work-related-travel, we call several places home throughout the duration of the year. In addition to that, I have family in New York and my fiance has family in Cincinatti.

Are we able to invest in properties in multiple states?  If so, is there any legal advice I could benefit from as we ensure our business plan, legal aspects are bulletproof?

Thanks!

Charley
