Hey guys. Kinda new to bigger pockets. A little about myself. From Atlanta, planning on buying properties there. Formed an LLC in Jan. Currently have about 5k in my business bank account (have more in personal not really wanting to pull from). I know, sounds like I'm "playing business". My wife has her real estate license in NC. Any idea if this is transferable to GA. We plan on buying in Atlanta (where my parents live) next year. Looking for tip and advice moving forward. I'm currently deployed to Afghanistan (USMC) but returning with next two months (I was able to create the llc while deployed which is why I started there). Reason we are looking now is because of the job security I have. I'm able to save 300 a month and all of my wife's commissions. Give me a response if you have been or know someone in a similar situation. Any other advice would be awesome!!!
