John Warren what if you want the partnership to be limited. Person B would still make a decent amount of money but person A owns the house. Long partnerships tend to get messy when each party has different situations arise in life

Anyone had any success with a partnership in which person "A" buys a piece of property for potential rental and person "B" pays for renovations. Person A and B would form an agreement in which Person B would get back the amount he invested plus a certain percentage. After the amount was fulfilled the agreement would be fulfilled? If you have heard of such arrangements is there a name for it? And if you've participated in such how was the outcome ?

Jim Stallings would really like to get idea from you on creative financing. Me and my wife are looking to flip a couple home in order to build capital but hope to also have rental property this year

New too BP (been listening to podcast for a while though). Active duty military. Looking to invest in real estate starting with single family with the goal of eventually have long multi family. Wife is a real estate agent in Jacksonville NC. Hoping to start here (where she know the market and near a military base with a good market for rentals) and near Atlanta (where my family lives and can help manage while small).
