Hi!!  I'm new to real estate investing.  I've bought and sold a couple of homes that were used as my primary residence but have no experience in flipping, wholesaling, rentals, etc.  (Other than reading several books on the subject)

Looking for advice on the SAFEST way to start investing in real estate.  I'm not looking for the easiest way or the get-rich-quick way.  I really want to pay off credit card debt and take some stress off of my family.  I also want to get out of my dead end job.  Also looking to meet other investors in the Columbus, GA area.

My wife isn't 100% on board YET with REI so deal #1 has to be a winner or their probably won't be deal #2. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
