How and who to have write a wholesale contract

hi everyone I know this is probably Elementary but I'm really new at this and want to know how to write a purchase-and-sale on a wholesale flip do I do that in myself or would you guys recommend having a real estate broker write it for me I guess I'm trying to figure out how to tie up the house while I look for buyers does anybody have any advice
