Does anyone know of a good bank or lender for 3 duplex properties I just purchased on contract. I have a preliminary appraisal from the appraiser that I just refinanced my 4plex thru and they are all about a 75% purchase to appraised value. Thanks.

@Geordy Rostad that's exactly what I need. Someone to write up purchase and sales for me on deals. Do you know what's a usual and customary price to pay a re agent to write the deal up?

I need a good real estate attorney Ben 10 not only write purchase and sale agreements but also help us write up llc's for each one of our 30 properties

I'm putting together a website myself I'm in the Pierce County area of Washington state and I am beginning to do direct mail and want to have a free report that informs my potential sellers what to look for when choosing a buyer! @Mary Sue Glaspie hi Mary I know this post is several years old however I'm newer to BiggerPockets and starting to do more direct mail. I have a guy working on a website for me and I also want to offer a free report. Would you have any more information now being several years past this post on some good content or maybe where I could get my hands on a free report that would be helpful to sellers because I am looking to draw Cellars into my website to give them more information and a reason to communicate with me when they are ready to sell!
