New to bigger pockets

Hello everyone!!

My name is Wanda. I joined bigger pockets a few days ago. I have no real estate expierence. I'm currently in Philadelphia.   I've always been interested in the market.  I see there's great tools here at BP and the awesome thing is that there mostly free!

I currently have a property which I financed in January. As I was looking to get into real estate I bought a triplex building and decide to live in one of the units :) as for now the rent from both my tenants pays for my mortgage and gives me an extra $125 which I apply towards the principal.

I had no capital to start in the business and decided this was a good option since I only had to pay 3.5% down to close the deal.

I'm looking  to grow and learn as much as posible about real estate. I would love to network with investors near by and get some tips and information.
