Hello everyone my name is Bryce and I moved to the Dallas Ft.Worth area a year ago from Louisiana . I am finally breaking my bp silence as I've been stalking the forums/discussions for quite some time to soak up as much knowledge as possible. I love the idea of real estate investing because there are so many avenues that one could find a niche in addition to the idea of passive income. I work a full time job but on the side i do photography and have taken up an interest in real estate photography as well . I will be the first to admit that i am a "Newb" . I currently have 0 deals under my belt however i just purchased my first home  here which is technically my first buy and hold property. I will be occupying it until I Purchase my next and rent that one out.  I am currently in the works of putting a legitimate plan together that will allow me to accumulate multiple properties the most efficient way possible. Definitely a people people person and looking forward to meeting people who have succeeded in the BOOMING market that we currently have here in the Dallas area!
