Hey everyone! My name is James Lusk and I recently launched a wholesaling business with my wife. We went into this adventure with owning one rental property and decided to branch out in wholesales. Right now we are laser focused on providing a quality product and service for cash investors who are interested in our area. Hey @Bryan Pham, our direct mail marketing campaign is focused primarily in Burleson and Cleburne. But We are looking at all of Johnson county, as well as targeting pre foreclosure lists on the south side of tarrant count which is primarily Ft Worth. This is all Texas by the way.
