New To Charlotte Market!

Hey Guys! As you see I'm new to the Charlotte, NC area. Quick background: I got my feet wet in sales in the automotive industry, in Atlanta GA back in '06 which allowed me enough income to get "LUCKY" when the housing market crashed & I was able to purchase 2 foreclosed properties & have utilized them as rentals! Since then I've moved to Charlotte, where I'm a sales manager @ a national Home Improvement model. My goal is to use the systems I've learned while learning some new ones to develop a real estate company specializing in acquiring properties & selling. Rehabs! I've been doing lots of reading & will be attending an @fortunebuilders via @thanmerrill workshop 4 three days... Nice to be here! Hopefully I can connect with some local flippers & get some good old hands on experience! Let's network!
