I'm 31, married with three kids. I moved to Indiana a little over a year ago. I am currently in Law School and am trying to get started in flipping homes or BRRR. It has been difficult to find funding when I am a full time student. Let me know if you have any ideas on funding! I look forward to connecting with each of you.

@David Emery

I am real estate investor of multi-family in mid west states. We are just getting stared in flipping single family homes in Indianapolis too. As far as funding goes, their are many hard money lenders that can provide both the purchase and the rehab costs. I have noticed lending is usually based on the home itself and how good the deal is, rather than the borrower as well. We are always looking for man power to help. Will be happy to connect.
