We're a father and son team specializing in the financing of non-owner occupied investment properties. We us our own capital in combination with our investors to provide a wide range of products.

We have made some long asked for adjustments for our 2nd quarter of 2018 with a new fix and flip product and our continued low-rate rental line. We now provide 85% of purchase and 100% of rehab on fix & flip and bridge loans, starting at 8.5%. New and experienced investors welcome, as well as foreign national clients.

Our 100% occupancy rental program finances purchases or refinances up to 75% of as-is value for rates between 6.5 - 7.625%.

Commercial properties are on a case-by-case basis and we can provide up to 90%
