Hello! I'm trying to get the ball rolling for my new real estate venture. I am located in Austin, however, I am looking to invest in Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas. (Austin isn't off-limits, however, my feeling is there is more opportunity outside of Austin- just my opinion). My interest lies in flips/rehabs with the goal to accumulate multi-family passive income after the flips have been completed. My goal is 10 flips in the next year.
