We will soon be closing on a property in Marion, Kansas and we will need a good, professional, reasonably priced bonded and insured electrician for several tasks needed for compliance and upgrades. Mostly we need a disposal changed out in the kitchen, heater that is not functional and needs looked at, several outlets need changed out to GFCI and other outlets with open grounds on the 3rd prong need changed out. Also, bathroom will need ventilation installed. Breaker panel sits behind a cabinet and this is not in compliance. Thank you anyone for any names you have for an electrician.

I just did a 90 minute webinar hosted by Cameron Dunlap regarding Wholesaling. He offered quite a bit of benefits with his system at a discounted price of $1,495. The help with wholesaling and deal funding sounds fantastic, but I wanted to see who has had experience with this person and his software and customer service before I just jump in. The most recent feedback I can find regarding him and his software is 1 year old or older. Can anyone who has had experience with Cameron please provide me honest feedback? Good or bad. Thank you!
