Newbie real estate agent/investor in CT looking for a real estate

Hi BP community,

I am Annette from Middletown CT Connecticut.

I recently got my real estate license to do my own flips and buy and hold deals. I also have a lot of friends and family actively investing.I would like to help them. I have a full time job. So, investing will be a side gig for me.

I am looking for a real estate broker I can work under. I will not need any sales leads and I do not need to use any office resources. 

I would like to keep most of the buyers agent commissions ~95%. I am hoping to find a brokerage with low to no fees for the real estate agents.

Let me know if anyone knows a broker firm who might be interested in hiring a real estate agent/investor.
