Hello All,

Name is Melissa I am 28 years old I'm looking to change my career into real estate field here. I have a one year and a half year old baby boy who is my drive right now!! So I'm looking to do my first flip I could use some more help and guidance along the way! I'm going to look at a potential flip tomorrow in west haven on 105 hinman ave west haven, CT if anyone would like to meet me there at 11am I can get an estimate on it. Or even willing to do a partnership! Anything will help trying to get in the grove of things here!

Melissa Rivera your going to go see a flip...what do you have in place? Do you have a contractor in place? A real estate agent to sell your property? The cash to acquire and rehab? I'm a bit concerned because it seems like your winging it with no system whatsoever. This could end up costing you more than making you a profit. All the best to you.
