Newbie here! I've been looking to do a fix and flip but unfortunately I do not have enough money for a down payment for a hard money loan and still have lots of learning to do. I would love to start out with a partnership with someone who can just show me the ropes in things. I live in Bridgeport, CT. Any help and even advice would be great and appreciated. Newbie here! Anyone in CT buy homes off auction.com? What are opinions? Advice? Very curious about auction homes and the process. There's a house I drive by everyday for almost two years now I want to say but just realized it's been vacant since learning about real estate. It's going up for auction on the website. Starting bid at $10k. There has been some remodeled homes recently within 6block radius of this house that sold within the last 4-5months rather quickly.
