Hello, 

I joined a few weeks to about a month ago. I'm new to REI but have always been interested in it.

I was wondering if any body had good reliable contacts such as contractors and/or home inspector for the Tampa area that are in it to build solid relationships.

Also would be happy to talk to some Real Estate minded Realtors.
