To the BiggerPockets network... I would love to call myself a "Real Estate Investor" because I think and talk about it each and every day. I wake up in the morning each day with all intentions to buy my first property, but just don't know where and how to start.. For this reason I can't really call myself an "Investor." Well not yet anyways. However, I CAN call myself a Realtor. I am a Realtor who thinks like an investor and likes working with them. The question is, can I be both? Both a Realtor and an investor? How can I use this to my advantage?
