Hi everyone, my name is Evan Breisch. I have no real experience in real estate except for the little bit from buying the home I currently live in. I'm from Sinking Spring PA, but now I live in Schuylkill Haven PA and work at a Toyota dealership as a mechanic. My goal is to replace being a mechanic with full time investing in multi family properties with enough cash flow to continuously invest and live my current lifestyle. I'm currently learning all I can and running numbers on deals. On a final note, Bigger pockets is awesome and I listen to the podcast all the time.
