@Ross Miller Thanks awesome info and nice to meet someone in the area. I would love to see the numbers on the 5 unit if you don't mind sharing to compare how you run numbers vs how i do

witch im all for just wondering if you have heard any stories of investing in the area.

numbers work not so sure about the renters tho.

Hi everyone, my name is Evan Breisch. I have no real experience in real estate except for the little bit from buying the home I currently live in. I'm from Sinking Spring PA, but now I live in Schuylkill Haven PA and work at a Toyota dealership as a mechanic. My goal is to replace being a mechanic with full time investing in multi family properties with enough cash flow to continuously invest and live my current lifestyle. I'm currently learning all I can and running numbers on deals. On a final note, Bigger pockets is awesome and I listen to the podcast all the time.
