Well, first forum post for this guy.. comments and feedback welcomed! Hello, my name is Josh Straka from the small town of Onamia, MN and I am the owner of Overtime Investments, LLC. Almost two years ago, my expressed interest in Real Estate Investing became a reality when I purchased my first house. It was a deeply discounted foreclosure that I acquired simply by looking at the right place and at the right time. I am just now in the final stages of flipping my first investment and have tirelessly learned as much as I can about Real Estate along the way. Welcome to BP.  I am an investor in northern MN, I own 1 property up in Onamia but I am not all that familiar with prices and rent in the area.  With all the fishing issues/opportunities in Mille Lacs your area could really be a boom or bust in the next few years.
