I'm new to BP and very thankful to be here.  I own a home with my wife in Orlando and we have three single-family rentals in Tampa.  I'm in the market for another single family in the South Orlando area.  I've lived in Central Florida pretty much my whole life.  Please let me know if I can help with any questions specific to my area.
