Hello All! I'm a retired telecommunications manager from Baltimore MD., now living in Bristol, TN. I'm looking to learn the proper way to get into real estate investing without having to pay thousands to a so-called guru. I'm looking to start slowly and frugally but yet turn those profits over into more lucrative investments. Haven't really picked out a niche yet, but learning more & more everyday I'm on here. I will probably be getting into some wholesaling to start, then move to acquiring some rental properties and maybe a fix & flip or two, in the future! Who knows!? As I learn more the progression will follow, I'm sure! I'm looking to network with local investors in my area to learn from and assist to increase my REI education. Let's get this rolling!!!
